Throughout the year, not just at Wiesn time, the entire team at the Ochsenbraterei works as resource-efficiently as possible. We have not yet made it to the paperless office, but we are well on our way.
Haberl Gastronomie runs mostly on e-cars … and avoids any unnecessary travel.
We rely on fresh ingredients, because they are natural, but above all taste better – and are not delivered in plastic containers in large trucks over long distances, but come to us from our partner:inside farms directly from the field or from breeding.
The Haberl family has been running the Ochsenbraterei since 1980 – and year after year we try to get better, to do more, not to stand still. It’s not always easy and even we don’t manage to do everything as quickly as we would sometimes like. But many things we have simply tackled and implemented and it is now standard for us. So that we can tackle the next tasks!
