With heart and hand - Anneliese Haberl, Hermann Haberl, Antje Schneider
A terrific trio: the Ochsenbraterei's managers, Anneliese and Hermann Haberl and their daughter Antje Schneider. Hermann Haberl sadly passed away in February 2011. He and his wife Anneliese have been running the Ochsenbraterei since 1980. Even before that, the Munich-born couple always worked in the restaurant and catering business. Among other things, they were in charge of the special catering areas for members of the press and guests of honor at the Olympic Games in Munich (1972) and Innsbruck (1976).

Their daughter, Antje Schneider, grew up with the Ochsenbraterei and now manages it together with her mother on the Octoberfest - ready to face the challenges of the next generation. A businesswoman and mother, she competently runs the restaurant and beer garden at Chinesischen Turm, the Hopfengarten, Kugler Alm, MichaeliGarten, Taxisgarten and Zum Flaucher restaurants.

Antje makes no bones about her goals: "I want Munich's families to be able to afford a visit to my restaurants, and for them to count on receiving top quality and the very best service there."
